Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before the order has been dispatched. Once the product is shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, contact support with order details as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted only for eligible reasons: wrong item, damaged, expired, or missing items. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- Medicines (prescription & OTC) once delivered.
- Opened, used or tampered skincare/personal hygiene items.
- Temperature-controlled products that have been improperly handled after delivery.
If an item is eligible for return, Cosmeds will, at its discretion, provide a replacement (subject to stock) or a refund.
For approved returns, Cosmeds or its logistics partner will arrange a pickup. Items must be in original, unopened condition unless damaged in transit. Returned items will be inspected and validated prior to issuing refunds or replacements.
