Refund Policy
Due to health and hygiene regulations, refunds and returns are restricted for medicines and certain personal care items. This policy describes eligible conditions for refunds.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged or tampered product on arrival.
- Expired product delivered.
- Missing items from the order.
- Opened or used medicines, skincare or hygiene products.
- Products damaged by consumer misuse after delivery.
- Change of mind / did not like the product.

- Provide order number and clear photo/video evidence showing the issue.
- Cosmeds will evaluate the claim and may arrange for a pickup where required.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 working days. The time for the refund to reflect may vary depending on payment provider and bank.
